We provide free shipping for all orders above Rs. 1000/- within India. Once placed, orders are shipped within 48 working hours. However due to the current Covid-19 pandemic there could be a slight delay.
In case of customization (where possible) and bulk orders please allow up to twenty days for your order to ship.

We will not be held liable for delays incase of unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, natural calamities, war, custom clearance processes, and courier company caused delay.
Cash on Delivery
We provide cash on delivery service at an additional cost. To avail COD Service, all the items in the cart should be applicable for COD.
Pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not, online order has to be placed.
For Cash On Delivery you cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.
If the product is open, do not accept the order.
In case of international shipping the amount levied depends on your country of purchase and will be calculated at checkout.
All orders over Rs. 20,000 are applicable for free international shipping.
We have a strict no return and no exchange policy. We take utmost care while packing your order, however incase you receive a broken or faulty item we provide a 14 day exchange/return policy from the date of delivery in the form of store credit.
To avail this the products must be unused and unworn with all the tags still attached.
The store credit is valid for a period of six months from the date of issue. The store credit can be utilized against for future purchases only on
Goods are classified as damaged in case they are received in a damaged condition. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Please note in case of exchange we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability.

Before processing your return/ exchange please mail us your concern along with pictures to email@example.com. Unidentified returns (without prior email confirmation) sent may be returned to the sender and/or not accepted.
In case of return/ exchange of the products need to be sent to the below mentioned address with the original packing including tags. Return courier expense will have to be borne by you.
